Order verification of electronically provided order data

Electronically provided order data from CRM systems or from external service providers must be checked by various validation logics before the order is created in SAP. Among other things, customer data, article data, the customer's purchasing authorization, customer-specific offers, order quantities, substitution articles, batch specifications and rationing are checked. If the check is not successful, the respective order must be checked manually by an administrator and, if necessary, adjusted after consultation with the sold-to party. Reporting functions in the application allow you to print orders that have been checked with errors directly and to create daily statistics based on the orders processed.
