Brief description
Call center fat client systems are developed based on Microsoft technologies. Functions for documenting interaction of call center employees both with other internal employees as well as with customers such as hospitals, private persons, etc. are implemented in particular.

The procedures uses scrum and iterative models. Expertise exists in C#, .NET and WPF. Components such as IDE Visual Studio 2010 and internal customer systems are used.
Subject description
The functional background consists of the work processes for interaction of a customer with a call center employee regarding a product. In this context, processes at the customer location (e.g. in a hospital) are important.
