Regular required evaluation and specific provision of customer requirements was previously performed in Excel. In order to better integrate the data in SAP, the previous Excel questionnaire is reflected in the SAP CRM environment.

In order to implement this approach with SAP BSP, a detailed design is created with a corresponding data model.
Subject description
The function of the previous questionnaire must be analyzed in detail. The structure of the questionnaire must be reflected via tables. The displayed, calculated and entered data must also be saved in tables.
