Brief description
Support in documenting functional processes is provided for an international mail order company. The focus is on the methodical and functional quality assurance of the previously modeled process sequences.
Supplement
In order to achieve uniform and standardized documentation of the actual processes, all business process models are functionally and methodically evaluated, reprocessed, and stored in Agilian in a structured manner. The includes ensuring the correct functional sequence of a model and adhering to the BPMN 2.0 specification.
