Further development in process controlling. Creating functional requirements for technical implementation of measuring points for calculating KPIs (key performance indicators).
Supplement
On the basis of the preliminary results of a process controlling showcase, the key figures to be measured, the data availability determined and the requirements of the calculation logic are analyzed. In the second step, the results are transferred to the requirements specification.
Subject description
The aim is to enable comparative evaluation, across interfaces, between process sections and across relevant process levels, process variants and product criteria. The best possible support is to be provided to process owners, by means of suitable recording and storage options, and by providing data.
