Improving tracking of the new consulting process by providing additional information. This information comes from the requests and suggestions that arose during the consultation. BI is responsible for further processing of the extracted data.
Supplement
The existing procedure for determining the statistical data is enhanced to include assignment to the consultation. The necessary queries and data storage take place in an SQL Anywhere database.
Subject description
A suitable set of data is required in order to determine how efficient sales processes are and to optimize them. This data can consist of the number of suggestions and the resultant requests, connected to the customer dialogs that took place, among other information.
