The project goal is to introduce Salesforce as the central CRM system in order to sustainably increase the efficiency and quality of customer and sales processes. The existing legacy system was completely replaced by Salesforce in order to provide a uniform, future-proof platform for all relevant business processes.
Supplement
As part of the implementation, Salesforce will be configured so that customer and product master data can be managed and maintained centrally. Existing processes and data structures will be analyzed and clear procedures and responsibilities defined to ensure data quality. Relevant master data is migrated from the legacy system to the new system. At the same time, a standardized end-to-end process is introduced, ranging from lead to opportunity to quote and order. Process steps are automated to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort. In addition, a role-based authorization concept is developed and implemented. Data protection, compliance, and traceability are ensured. Differentiated access options are created for specialist departments, management, and administrators. Target group-specific training courses are conducted, and the go-live is accompanied by intensive support from the project and support team.
