Brief description
Development of a profit center report for maintenance projects to display the causes of damage and downtime, as well as detailed analysis of actions performed for maintenance orders.
Supplement
A new report was implemented for analyzing the causes and actions; the report was created on the basis of an existing BW data model with multiple InfoCubes and ODS objects, as well as by activating Business Content (notification activities maintenance).
Subject description
Creation of an evaluation for analysis in the maintenance area (PM), with the option of displaying the frequency of specific causes of damage in specific periods for the areas: profit center, cost center and equipment/technical location. To do this, key figures are read from the incident message (causes and actions).
