Collaboration during ongoing operation focuses on the following areas: ensuring data quality, monitoring and extension of process chains, removal of problems when loading master and transaction data, maintenance / further development of Bex 7 queries and spreadsheets, broadcasting (scheduling and management of automatically sent reports), user support, authorization maintenance, performance optimization of existing loading processes, system administration.

As well as ongoing support when operating the data warehouse, various applications are developed further. The data in the BW system comes mainly from the SAP modules PS, CO, MM, PM.
