SAP R/3 FI/CO: Eastern Europe and Austria rollout

Brief description
Collaboration on rolling out a commercial enterprise's accounting to subsidiaries in Austria and Eastern Europe. During the course of the project, the SAP R/3 system was also changed over to Unicode.
Supplement
In addition to checking the existing programs for Unicode compatibility and converting them, legacy data is transferred by means of LSMW and interfaces are created to the enterprise resource planning systems used.
Subject description
Subsidiaries in Austria, Croatia and the Czech Republic are integrated into the central R/3 system; each subsidiary will work with the system in their own language. Switzerland and Finland were included in the system previously.
