Support for introducing SpiraTeam

This IT project is part of our digitalization and optimization of our customers’ IT landscape. Through targeted measures, we promote technological progress, optimize cross-system processes and create a sustainable basis for future developments. Our IT reference projects serve as a basis for orientation. They support the reusability of tried and tested concepts as part of project implementation.

Project duration: 1 year

Brief description

The customer requires consulting in SpiraTeam from PTA in order to gain the necessary acceptance for the new tool compared to the old test management tool. This took place in workshops and in basic and administrator training. These are carried out on site or remotely, because company members from other countries are also taking part. Furthermore, the customer needs help in creating special reports for its major customers, which exceed the functions available in the report function that is integrated in SpiraTeam.

Supplement

The customer is supported with training and workshops during the introduction of SpiraTeam. The aim is also to increase acceptance among users.

Subject description

The customer uses SpiraTeam to perform its manufacturer tests.
