Brief description
The customer wants to introduce a new test management tool and has decided on SpiraTest. PTA provides the basic and administrator training courses and advises the customer on the initial structuring of planned projects in SpiraTest. Furthermore, the customer is given best practices for handling and administration of SpiraTest.
