Support for reporting application

Brief description
As part of the project, PTA provides support for the BiRT, ReportServer, Zendesk API and (after migration) Power BI applications at the customer's site.
Supplement
The PTA eliminates malfunctions and clarifies application problems in the applications for which it provides support within the scope of the project. In addition, at the request of the customer, existing reports and reports that are created using the applications are expanded or newly created.
Subject description
BiRT allows you to create reports with graphs and tables based on data read from a data warehouse via Zendesk. ReportServer creates pure tabular reports in the same way as BiRT. After the migration to Power BI, the creation of reports and reports will be immensely easier.
