Support of the Portfolio Transition Planning of a Life Science Company

Brief description
We are supporting our customer, another consulting company, in a project for one of their customers from the Life-Science-Branch. We are offering our knowledge in Project Management and Business Analysis. Our Tasks include Workshops, Analyses, Project Organisation and support of the Project Lead with documentation and representation of the project results.
Supplement
We are supporting our customer in project management. Doing that are organising, moderating and documenting several workshops with various topics (Risks, Requirements, Transition Planning and Knowledge-sharing). Furthermore we are providing our knowledge in Business Analysis by performing a risk analyses and an impact assessments for the upcoming portfolio transition. With these analyses we are supporting the preparation of a first draft of a realistic Transition Planning that will be refined in the subsequent project phase. Furthermore we are supporting the Project Lead in preparing the project results for sharing with different stakeholders.
Subject description
This project is the initiation phase of a larger customer project that aims to perform the portfolio transition of automation platforms (pre-analytics). The main goals of this initiation phase is to perform project planning, initial transition planning, requirements analysis, impact analysis and stakeholder communication. The resulting work products will be hand over to the subsequent project phase for detailing and updating.
