Team planning with MS Dynamics CRM

The membership of a field service team changes regularly. Therefore, the teams are populated promptly before the assignment. The planning of field service assignments is simplified by the replacement of an Excel processing for responsible persons. Responsible persons can now create teams to which assignments are assigned. Employees are then subsequently assigned to a team for a certain period of time via a drag-and-drop interface. After saving, the orders are then inherited by the employees and they receive their personal booking in the calendar.
