Transaction document management for quotation system

Project duration: 5 months

Brief description

Users of a CRM on a terminal server need to be able to manage their quotation documents for interested parties in a transaction center on the upstream portal. The PDF documents are generated in the terminal server session and sent to the upstream portal application via a web service interface. There, the user can use the metadata to search for documents by person and transaction data.

Supplement

A component is delivered in the terminal server application to send the encrypted transferred document, including the transaction and interested part data, to a REST interface on the portal. There, the document is stored in the database and the meta-information for the document is structured and saved in searchable form. Users see a list of their documents in a small overview (last five documents) and in an enhanced view with a search function. The documents can be downloaded. In addition, users can access the terminal server application directly from here.

Subject description

The insurance broker creates a quotation in the terminal server application, a quotation and interested parties management system for insurance products in all sectors (property insurance, life insurance, health insurance, accident insurance) for companies and private customers. The quotation created in the form of a PDF can be managed conveniently using the solution developed and downloaded in order to hand it over to interested parties.
