Unidirectional interface from a human resources system to Microsoft CRM
Project duration: 3 months
Brief description
The aim of the project is to connect the customer's existing global human resources application (based on the BeeCore technology from Clausmark) to Microsoft CRM 2013. The data provided in CRM from the HR system (e.g. employee roles) can be used to generate monthly productivity evaluations of sales staff, forming the basis for target agreements.
Supplement
Furthermore, the data from the HR system is used to automatically update the status of the CRM user accounts (active/inactive) and key users are informed by e-mail of any necessary follow-up activities. HR data is provided to CRM daily via a unidirectional interface that is to be created; HR data is provided whenever a new user is created in CRM. PTA is responsible for both the conceptual design and the implementation of this interface.
