Brief description

The SharePoint 2007 environment is gradually migrated to SharePoint 2010 Server in order to obtain benefits from the additional functions of SP 2010. This project exclusively deals with the migration and integration of CRM-specific SharePoint website collections. PTA is responsible for the technical concept, development coordination and technical implementation of the Microsoft CRM 2013 integration with SharePoint 2010. In addition, PTA is responsible for the organizational coordination of the SharePoint Migration from 2007 to 2010.

Activities of PTA: Concept and implementation of the SharePoint 2010 website collection structuring. Setting up a suitable rights concept using folder-based permissions. Automation of the creation process for the custom-specific website and folder structure using the SharePoint Client Object Model 2010 from MS CRM 2013. Systematic support for the relocation of customer-specific documents including merging the documents from two originally separate customers. Migrating the data from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 via rest api and COM 2010.

Subject description

The integration and use of Microsoft SharePoint serves to file all documents relevant for the sales process and their revisions on the basis of revision requests. Collaborative work on sales and distribution documents should be promoted.
