Usability expert review of competing medical devices

Brief description
The project objective is to perform a comparison of the user friendliness of different medical devices.
Supplement
The usability expert review is carried out at the customer location. Experienced users will be guided through the same relevant steps with each device and then asked to assess each step with each device using a standardized evaluation process.
Subject description
When structuring the expert review, first all steps are identified that are performed frequently with the device or that represent a risk for the user or patient. Each of these steps is evaluated by the experienced users in terms of the effectiveness and efficiency with which it can be performed. To complete the assessment of user-friendliness, the users are asked to evaluate their subjective satisfaction with the steps they carried out with each medical device.
