Our diverse know-how for your objectives
The PTA GmbH has taken over maintenance and support tasks in a large number of customer contacts, which often run for several years. We support both standard software systems and our customers’ own developments. In the standard software area these are ERP systems (e.g. from SAP or Baan) and CRM applications, in the individual software area various development environments on different platforms.
Maintenance and support work is not only carried out by us following successful project launches, but also when our customers wish to change their previous form of support for reasons of cost, quality or availability. Of course, we are also prepared to take on reengineering and restructuring tasks on the software used and to create or revise the associated documentation if required.
