When it comes to support, we rely on experts with many years of experience in technical details as well as in the respective specialist environment. This allows us to provide solution competence for the support of both standard software and our customers' own developments.

We have developed a support process for the organisation of the support, which includes all organisational units involved and provides the basis for an orderly and transparent communication. This enables us to achieve reliable solutions within the shortest possible time.

These support services are offered by us both following successful project launches and in the event that one of our customers wishes to change the existing form of support for reasons of cost, quality or availability.

We ensure the sustainability of your systems
The maintenance of productively used systems is a sensitive task that has to perform the balancing act between professional necessity and technical challenge.

Our many years of experience in the maintenance, reengineering and refactoring of systems of varying complexity show that we can perform this balancing act. We offer this service both following successful project launches and when taking over already existing systems.

It is a matter of course for us to create or revise the necessary documentation accompanying maintenance and to keep it up-to-date.

Because qualified employees lead to the success of our projects
The PTA GmbH relies on permanent employees who have an academic degree for their project work. In this way we lay the foundation for a high level of solutiona competence that leads to successful projects.

All employees are trained in basic training courses to ensure a uniform understanding of our methods, tools and possible procedures in projects. We thus offer the transfer of project experience from decades of practical experience also for newcomers.

If required, we can of course also provide additional project-specific training.

We provide special know-how for special situations
Our projects are as diverse as our customers. And because special circumstances also require special solutions, we do not just rely on standard answers.

We respond to each project situation and its requirements in an individually appropriate manner. Tailored to the specific needs of our customers, we also offer project-specific training courses, which are conducted either by experienced instructors from our company or by external experts.
