System errors or more complex inquiries are addressed to the global team by a ticket system for further tracking. Training sessions for end-users are held and the local documentation is kept up to date (manual, presentation, SOP). Desired changes to the system are consolidated locally and forwarded to the global team for global discussion and decision. Regular communication takes place with the global team via teleconferences and workshops.

This end-to-end workflow system maps the entire global change management for printed packaging (e.g. folded boxes, package inserts, labels and blister packaging), from the change request to the market launch of the medication with the new packaging.
