dWERK convinces with bAV solution
HFO Telecom reports in Personalwirtschaft magazine on its experiences with the baV solution of PTA customer dWERK
HFO Telecom relies on dWERK, whose solution was developed by PTA, when it comes to company pension schemes. HFO Telecom has now shared its experiences in the HR magazine Personalwirtschaft in the “bAV Guide 2019” issue.

As an attractive and technology-oriented company, HFO Telecom not only attaches great importance to employee satisfaction, but also to internal digitalization. For this reason, HFO Telecom was looking for a partner with whom the company could offer its employees a high-performance and future-proof solution when it comes to company pension schemes.
After extensive market research, the company finally opted for dWERK’s occupational pension solution at the beginning of 2018. The PTA developed this together with dWERK. With the solution, employees can now receive fully automated and digitalized advice on company pension plans via an online company pension portal, right through to the conclusion of the company pension plan – including legally compliant consultation documentation.
The introduction of the system has led to considerable time and cost savings at HFO Telecom. Daily work processes have been reduced to a minimum and employees no longer have to take time off work for personal consultations. As a result, employees are now paying much more attention to the topic of occupational pension schemes.
