Adjustment/maintenance of SAVAG system

This IT project is part of our digitalization and optimization of our customers’ IT landscape. Adjusting the standard software to changed modalities: integrating the data stock from an insurance company that was bought.

Supplement

Modification of customer correspondence (text modules), changing the rate calculations for residential buildings, changing the collective agreements in the context of the euro changeover.

Subject description

Data migration from purchased third-party system (also SAVAG) to own SAVAG system, optimization of contract conditions, tariff calculation and the customer contact, simplification of processes in the specialist departments.
