Brief description
The Action Management Tool is used to manage and control an already existing web-based input mask for special customer actions. In addition, the application controls the data export to a downstream order entry system. The new development must fit into the customer's existing system architecture with a SQL Server 2000 database.
Supplement
This system is a client-server architecture with MS SQL Server 2000 in the backend. The application itself is implemented in MS VC++ 6.0, using MFC 6.0.
Subject description
Promotional orders are predefined promotional order slips in which the customer only has to enter the customer number, quantity and unit of measure for the predefined articles. The management tool offers the possibility of creating and managing the promotion order slips for entry via the web-based input mask in a dialog-based manner. The application also offers the option of exporting the entered promotion purchase orders in freely selectable quantities to a downstream order entry system.
