Atlassian system administration

Brief description
As part of the project, PTA supports the customer in the system administration of its Atlassian products. The customer uses JIRA, Confluence and Crowd among others. The aim is to ensure the operation of the products and to further develop them
Supplement
Furthermore, the customer wants to connect all its international locations to JIRA and Confluence. First of all, a VPN tunnel must be built to the respective location by the network administrators. The PTA supports communication and coordination with the sites and, after setting up the VPN tunnel, links the Active Directory of the respective sites to Crowd so that the sites in JIRA and in the Wiki can authenticate themselves. The customer's Atlassian administrators will be responsible for the further installation in JIRA and Confluence.
Subject description
The concrete tasks include analyzing and correcting errors (e. g. performance problems), setting up and configuring test systems for plugin and integration testing, planning, executing and subsequently testing updates. This includes coordinating various teams and departments (e. g. database, VMware, network administrators) in the event of system failures and coordinating with the teams in day-to-day business.
