Brief description
The customer is active in the UK gas market. At various different times, the customer receives invoices for transporting gas through pipelines and related services. The web-based invoice verification prototype that was developed previously is developed further in this project in order to check these invoices.
Subject description
Invoicing for transporting gas is carried out by xoserve Ltd., which was founded by the five major pipeline operators. xoserve Ltd. invoices the gas suppliers (customers) who use the pipelines, on behalf of the pipeline operators. The gas suppliers organize transportation of the gas through the pipelines together with the carriers.
