Automatic monitoring functionality for the central protocol database

Creation of a configurable monitoring and messaging functionality for the central protocol database. It is therefore possible to actively notify configurable interest groups of application events. Configuration is performed via an intranet application. The defined monitoring information is evaluated by a cyclically-triggered service application (Windows task) and used to search for the created protocol data, as well as to send it via e-mail.
