Automatic provisioning calculation for energy generation systems
Project duration: 5 months
Brief description
The existing manually maintained Excel reserve calculations for individual energy generation systems are replaced by a central maintenance file from which the concrete and specific calculation files can be generated automatically. Booking files for SAP can also be generated from the files.
Supplement
The entire solution was solved in MS Excel with VBA programming. Concrete files are generated from a calculation template for new renewable energy extraction systems via the central control file. These can also be updated from the central file with more current interest rates or valuation changes.
Subject description
The files serve as accounting support for accounting. This is necessary because the operation, repair and dismantling of the power plants, also due to the energy transition, require complex assessment procedures.
