Subject description
The balanced scorecard consists of the department sub-cards and the division cards. Accounting key figures are identified on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis and displayed from the perspective of the customer, employee, process and finances. Additionally, "traffic lights" are used for visual checking of quality, and spider charts are used for a quick overview of the different perspectives.
