Business analysis of a cross-departmental process section with organizational and technical interfaces, with the aim of identifying potential for optimization and prioritizing this potential accordingly. Detailed examination of processes, data and IT systems with subsequent development of short-term, medium-term and long-term solution approaches to serve as a decision-making template.

Analysis of existing documented processes, systems and data. Preparation and summarization of all determined results in a comprehensive requirements specification, and presentation of key findings/results to the stakeholders for decision on how to proceed further.

Preparing a planned adjustment/optimization/risk minimization in the context of the economic assessment of quotations. High degree of complexity due to an individual system landscape that has grown up in this environment over time.
