Detailed examination of processes, data and IT systems with subsequent development of short-term, medium-term and long-term solution approaches to serve as a decision-making template.

Analysis of existing documented processes, systems and data. Preparation and summarization of all determined results in a comprehensive requirements specification, and presentation of key findings/results to the stakeholders for decision on how to proceed further.
