Calculation of charges for recycling

Brief description
Stand-alone application for calculation of charges reflecting a flexible discount system. XML file transfer is used for communication between locally installed application and the central organisation. The user interface is developed in Java using a client-specific dialogue framwork.
Supplement
For the implementation, a dialogue framework was developed under Java to cover customer-specific, functional and technical requirements. The application has the character of a standard software and is installed locally at each customer (approx. 5,000). The application has about 1000 classes, 10,000 methods, 500,000 lines of code. The PTA test database is used for quality assurance.
Subject description
The following modules are available for the recording and reporting of settlement data: Master data management, quantity entry, message creation, functions for imports / exports and migrations, creation of reports, functions for data transfer.
