Cash basis accounting system
Project duration: 1 year, 1 month
Brief description
Migration of a cash basis accounting system. The previous solution implemented under Clipper and DBase is partially replaced by a client/server application based on MS .Net and SQL Server. The source code and Word documentation of the old system provide the foundation here. The new system is document by event-controlled process chains.
Supplement
The following tasks have accumulated: Analysis of technical processes (Aris model and old Clipper application), design of user interface using Visual Studio .Net and screen inputs with Visio, introduce the developers to the new GUI controls, GUI tests on front end computers, and maintenance of the user interfaces during the development process.
Subject description
The developed transaction types affect the following departments: Business customer management, customer products, financial products (savings account opening, deposit/withdrawal), products from third parties, management of stocks (inventory, inflow/outflow), and system programs.
