Brief description
Reengineering of a Clarify ClearQuality-based change management system that enables entry and processing of errors or improvement proposals for standard software.
Supplement
In order to provide users with access to this system via the Internet, a Web frontend is developed that exists in a beta version and provides an outline of the underlying functions. This frontend is based on a preliminary version of Clarify ClearQuality. For access to the Clarify database objects, Clarify eBusiness Framework version 11.x is used. It runs under the application server BEA WebLogic 6.1.2.0. The screens are created with Java Server Pages (model 1) using the page-centered approach.
Subject description
The functions described in requirements specifications are added to the Web frontend and possible errors are removed. A migration is performed to the Clarify CRM Framework version 12.x and the application server BEA WebLogic version 8.1. The application is set up to enable the operation of a high-performance production operation with around 50-60 simultaneous users.
