Changing the version and further development of a Clarify CRM system that maps the change management of other, internal, global Clarify systems.
Supplement
Migrating the database from Clarify 10.5 to Clarify 11.1. Developing new screens for exporting data in XML format so that it can be prepared in MS Word. Macros are used to create the corresponding documents in MS Word.
Subject description
One particular focus is on implementing interfaces to MS Word to create test documents. These are based on the software requirements and the solutions that are managed with the system. Additionally, creating appropriate templates in MS Word and additional screens for administering the entire data export in MS Word.
