Brief description
As a billing service provider, the customer provides its customers – medical supply stores and other health care providers – standard software for processing their business processes on the basis of a new technological platform. PTA represents a team for the implementation of merchandise management functionality.
Supplement
PTA provides for this project a complete Scrum-Team consisting of Scrum-Master, Front- and Backend-Developers. The project approach is 'Scrumban', a mix of Scrum and Kanban. The PTA team works in conjunction with the customer's own and various other remote teams. There are very complex processes and high requirements for the execution of the (Scrum-) Sprints. The project uses in all dimensions currently (2018/2019) technologically most advanced systems and technologies: Continuous deployment, continuous quality assurance with Sonar, Jira, GIT, SinglePageApplication with Angular, Microservice Backend with SpringBoot/SpringCloud, MessageQueue Kafka, ElasticSearch full text search etc.
Subject description
The system is used to bill prescriptions for remedies and aids. As user companies, medical supply stores, orthopaedic technicians and orthopaedic shoe technicians, opticians and hearing care acousticians are supported in their procurement and sales processes, using classic functions such as the administration of article master data and conditions as a basis, which make it possible to scan prescriptions. Functions for inventory management and inventory are also implemented.
