Functional and technical concept for changes of an accounting system for agent commissions.
Supplement
The transition to a flexible date of payment of the commissions tends to a better controlling and has to fulfill the auditing requirements. Changes of the host application have to be designed with minimum impact to successor systems (for example SAP R/3 FI, SAP FS-CD).
Subject description
The time lag between booking the agents commisions and the payment of contributions may lead to negative effects for the financial accounting of the insurance company. These concern loss of interests and periodic differences of revenues and costs in cost accounting. Alternatives for the solution of these problemes have to be created so that the payments of agents commissions better follow enterprise-internal and audit rules.
