Connection of a CRM system to an integrated stock of policies

Brief description
The data provider for a legacy CRM system is migrated from an IMS to a DB2 data base. The manual data providing via a host emulation is substituted by an automatically full and delta update process of all peripheral (> 10.000) CRM servers.
Supplement
The dayly work done in the night which includes change informations for the operative insurance contracts has to be developed, using a timebox of maximal ten hours for one of the worlds greatest DB2 instances. The changed data have to be gathered and prepared concerning classification of the contracts and governance aspects. The distribution of data is done via a dedicated transfer server which additionally controls the user access rights using a Kerberos-like token method. For the peripheral CRM systems the contract data are imported automatically.
Subject description
The connection of the new contract management leads to extensive modifications for the data model of the peripheral CRM systems. The challenge is to migrate without modifications in the client application.
