Brief description

As part of the introduction of a new shipping system, the existing accounting applications in SAP are supplied with data and extended or adapted accordingly.

Supplement

The VERA V3 industry software is introduced in the dispatch area. The accounting applications remain in SAP and are supplied via interface. The PTA analyzes the actual situation, determines the objects that are relevant for changes, and designs and implements the necessary enhancements. In parallel, coordination with the specialist departments is carried out and tests and documentation are carried out.

Subject description

The data received from the shipping system includes shipping and receipts for all modes of transport (truck loading, DB logistics, port applications, pipeline operation) as well as vehicle stocks and internal company stock transfers. This data is used for inventory accounting and management, quantity accounting and balancing, as well as energy tax accounting and reporting.
