Conversion of an existing Windows Forms custom software to a web application

Brief description
Conversion of an existing custom software solution from Windows Forms to ASP .NET techology. The application is used in pest mamangement, for the calculation and provision of residual concentration values worldwide. These are vital to the quality assurance process.
Supplement
Since the application's existing business logic is separate from the user interface there is no requirement to change or convert this layer or make it compatible with ASP .NET technology. The underlying .NET framework will however be updated from version 1.1 to a newer version (4.0).
Subject description
The main aim of this project is to remove the application's current dependency on a Citrix infrastructure. To achieve this the existing client/server architecture will be replaced by web technology. The new web application completely covers the exisiting functional scope.
