This global system had to be adapted to the local business configuration for all countries and regions in the world over a span of multiple versions and rollouts and environments, utilising custom-built application to manage configurations.

The local configuration includes over 200 settings that can vary between countries. Examples are local currencies, SAP integration configurations, or sales opportunity thresholds.
