Development of possible solutions in the context of the project initialization phase. These approaches form the basis for the decision-making process regarding feasibility of a project. The focus is on creating a project and resources plan, and identifying specific project risks.

The InStep planning software is to be used, on the one hand, to plan the necessary resources. On the other hand, it is used to identify and visualize critical paths as one aspect of the requested risk assessment. The assessment also involves project goals, premises and the technical prerequisites. One of the results of this process is the creation of a framework for discussing the feasibility of the project.
Subject description
Adjustments are to be made to the commissions payment logic for an application that is business-critical, due to its effect on the field organization. Although the adjustments can be clearly delimited both functionally and technically, they are very important to the overall system. The time-critical conditions for the implementation and the small margin of error are additional factors requiring very careful and precise project planning.
