Development of customer-specific BPM standards. For this purpose, the entire process is examined and, following that, a suitable definition is made of uniform maturity stages; moreover, a catalog of questions is prepared for examining target achievement.
Subject description
The model is used as the basis for a structured process assessment which is carried out subsequently by the specialist department. The associated templates are drawn up accordingly.
