Creation of global CRM sales and service data marts

Brief description
Creation of global CRM data marts for sales and service. Sales figures and sales activities are consolidated together with sales and turnover information from various source systems in a group-wide data mart. This data is then prepared for evaluations and research by means of relational reports and OLAP (online analytical processing).
Supplement
Data from various source systems (SalesForce.com, SAP BW, local data sources etc.) are loaded to a shared data platform. From there, they are distributed to subject-specific data marts. In this project, structures are formatted for sales and service and they are made available as dimensions and facts, together with information collected specially for specific issues, in an ETL process for relational reporting. Data is formatted for aggregations and analysis in OLAP cubes at a low level of detail.
