CRM Evaluation for Financial Services

Brief description

Evaluation of CRM systems and development or extension platforms based on the specific customer requirements of the financial services industry. Within the scope of the evaluation, SAP C/4HANA Customer Experience, Salesforce Customer Success Platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement are looked at in detail as potential CRM solutions.

Supplement

The project's goal is to support the customer in the vendor selection process and to develop a sound basis for decision-making for a future CRM solution. Thereby a deep, customer-specific requirement profile is developed establishing the foundation for a comprehensive catalogue of criteria. Each CRM system is then evaluated on the basis of the defined criteria. By implementing selected customer requirements as part of the evaluation project, the degree to which the specific requirements are met is determined.
