All the results of the online customer survey entered on the Internet are made available in the form of XML files. These XML files can be automatically transferred to the evaluation tool. All the evaluations are based on the information transferred in this way. Adjustments to the underlying online questionnaire generally take place on a yearly basis. However, the evaluation tool is sufficiently configurable to ensure it can be used in the long term, despite changing data entry forms, and it also enables multi-year evaluation of all criteria that are collected across multiple years.
Subject description
The supported evaluations cover, in particular, comparing a self-assessment with an assessment of the best competitor, which can be either be an overall assessment or separated according to individual criteria. In parallel to this, the fundamental importance of these criteria to the customers is investigated. The customers investigated can be differentiated by various criteria, such as country of origin or the sector that the customer is most active in, etc.
