Development of a new application for mapping a questionnaire about customer satisfaction.
Supplement
Both the front and back ends are developed on the basis of Microsoft Access 97. The program guides users through the various questions/ topics of the questionnaire in a dialog.
Subject description
The tool is used to replace the current, written questionnaire. The agents asking the survey questions on the telephone can enter the answers directly during the telephone conversation.
