Data and process quality dashboard

Brief description
To improve data and process quality, a data and process quality dashboard is created which can be used both as a management tool and by the departments on weekly jours fixes as the information basis for required actions.

As well as setting up the dashboard, the weekly jours fixes are also coordinated.
Subject description
In the current setup, transparency of data quality and process quality is not available to management as needs to be improved using the dashboard. On a cross-area jour fixe, problems are analyzed, required actions are identified and improvement is measured. Installation, management and moderation of the jour fixe, as well as support in defining key figures and implementing the dashboard are some of the most important transferred tasks.
