Data transfer from MS Project to SAP PS via Lotus Notes

Brief description
The projects planned in MS Project are transferred to SAP PS using a Lotus Notes database, and changes are made within SAP to update the projects.
Supplement
The data are extracted from MS Project using an MPX file. This file can be sent to SAP via Lotus Notes. Within SAP, a BAPI created in-house is called. This BAPI maps the data from MS Project and updates the fields to be changed in SAP.
Subject description
The goal of the project is to make the data of the planned projects available in SAP for further processing and at the same time to spare the employees the time-consuming maintenance within SAP.
