Database archiving for a complaints system

Brief description
Archiving the existing data concerning complaints processes. Data is made available from a (completed) complaints system in order to carry out research and individual evaluations.
Supplement
Research options are provided offline via a Microsoft Access application. Various statistics are created as Word and Excel files (similar to project ID 769 (Research and evaluations for a complaints system) – the data is only available offline here). All the data from the complaints system is made available offline (on DVD). The aim is to shut down the database server. The application from project 769 forms the basis for this.
