Designing an information management system on the basis of Lotus Domino

Brief description
Within the framework of converting the e-mail program from MS Outlook to Lotus Notes, a concept is created on the basis of Lotus Domino, which should be used to support the communication flow. Information that is exchanged between the individual departments should be (centrally) stored so as to be accessible to everyone.

Subject description
The following advantages should be achieved: all process participants receive the same version of information, information is kept at a central location, information is in a structured form, each process that does not correspond to a linear operating sequence is documented, basis for controlling measures.
